| The Property Supervisor will be responsible for operations of properties, training, managing staff, management of the physical condition of the property, and resident relations. Ideal candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Management of on-site staff at several properties
- Delinquency processing and management
- Occupancy and Vacancy management
- Tenant relations
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Coordination and cooperation with corporate personnel

| REQUIREMENTS: |
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Property Management
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Computer literate
- Familiarity with OneSite Leasing & Rents software a plus
