| The Apartment Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a 82-unit apartment community including the supervision of all administrative, physical aspects and maintenance operation of the apartment community. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Rent collection
- Delinquency processing and management
- Compliance and recertification processing
- Tenant relations
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Coordination and cooperation with corporate personnel

| REQUIREMENTS: |
- Prior property management experience
- Knowledge of Section 8
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written
- Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with OneSite Leasing & Rents software a plus
