APARTMENT OFFICE MANAGER

The Apartment Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a 82-unit apartment community including the supervision of all administrative, physical aspects and maintenance operation of the apartment community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Rent collection
  • Delinquency processing and management
  • Compliance and recertification processing
  • Tenant relations
  • Property maintenance and repairs
  • Coordination and cooperation with corporate personnel
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior property management experience
  • Knowledge of Section 8
  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Familiarity with OneSite Leasing & Rents software a plus
