LEASING AGENT/OFFICE ASSISTANT

Leasing Agent for a 170-unit apartment community. Duties include touring the property with prospective tenants, leasing and administrative paperwork.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Touring the property with prospective residents
  • Administrative paperwork
  • Answering telephones
  • Assisting with resident issues
  • Tenant relations
  • Assists manager with other needs as required
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Leasing Agent or in sales
  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written
  • Computer literate
  • "Can do" attitude with a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
