| Leasing Agent for a 170-unit apartment community. Duties include touring the property with prospective tenants, leasing and administrative paperwork. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Touring the property with prospective residents
- Administrative paperwork
- Answering telephones
- Assisting with resident issues
- Tenant relations
- Assists manager with other needs as required

| REQUIREMENTS: |
- Minimum 1 year experience as Leasing Agent or in sales
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written
- Computer literate
- "Can do" attitude with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
