| Maintenance Manager for a 178-unit apartment community. Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance operation of the apartment community. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Turning apartments, plumbing, electrical fixtures, interior paint
- Repair and replace parts, corrective maintenance and ground maintenance
- Service and support a 178-unit apartment building
- Diagnose and solve maintenance problems
- Analyze and respond to inquiries from residents and other staff
- Communicate well with residents and management staff

| REQUIREMENTS: |
- "Can do" attitude with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Highly skilled with manual and power hand tools
- Safety trained and safety conscious at all times
