RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Service and support an apartment buildings with 193-units
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnose and solve maintenance problems
  • Communicate well with residents and management staff
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • "Can do" attitude with a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Safety trained and safety conscious at all times
