G & K Industries remains at the forefront of developing retirement living communities and congregate care facilities in California.

We began in the 1970's using conventional financing through the 1980's and 1990's utilizing low cost municipal bond financing and favorable land acquisition.

G & K Industries provides two types of congregate care facilities: assisted living for active senior citizens and convalescent centers for seniors needing closer attention and therapy. Currently we own 27 assisted living facilities and 4 conventional facilities located throughout California as well as 2 in Las Vegas, Nevada. All of these facilities are leased to third party operators.
